Challenge: To embody the three pillars that underpin a Best Workplace – Trust, Pride and Enjoyment – during an evening of celebration and networking that recognises every employee’s contribution to their organisation.

Solution: In 2023, splitting the categories into two ceremonies – Small and Large organisations and Medium and Super Large organisations – hosted across two consecutive nights provided double the fun and a richer experience for attendees.
