We are thrilled to share our news that Redactive has become an employee owned business, being now majority owned by the Redactive Media Group Employee Ownership Trust.
This was announced by Chief Executive and founder Brian Grant on 9 March 2023 at a Redactive all-colleague event.
I am delighted at the opportunities that this exciting new era presents for the business I founded. Our incredibly talented people have certainty as to the future direction and identity of Redactive, and will be able to actively share in the ongoing success that they deliver. The fantastic culture, the engagement of our people and their dedication to delivering innovative and outstanding work for clients will only continue to flourish under this model. As we are now effectively member owned, we can truly demonstrate that we share the values and ideology of our superb client base – existing and prospective.
