Redactive celebrated the best of the best in recruitment marketing last night with the 2016 Recruitment Marketing Awards (THERMAs).
In their 36th year, the Awards took place at top London venue, The Brewery, and highlighted the best practice of the agencies, companies and individuals who execute the most impactful, creative and cost-effective recruitment marketing campaigns and talent management initiatives.
Stand up comic, Lucy Porter, kept guests entertained as she hosted the event, which recognised success in 20 categories including Best Diversity and Inclusion Initiative and Best In-House Recruitment Team. Agency of the Year was awarded to Hodes, and Havas People picked up the Grand Prix Award for their National Offender Management Service (NOMS) recruitment campaign.
